1. How to Delete Your App Account?
You can request deletion of your Happy Notes app account by emailing us at happynotesmusic2@gmail.com with the following information:Â
- Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
- Email body: Include the email address or username associated with your account.
- What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days of receiving your request.
- Your authentication credentials will be immediately deactivated.
- All personal information, including username, email address and profile photo will be permanently removed.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
3. Data Retention ExceptionsÂ
We may retain certain information only as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Transaction records (if applicable) for financial/legal complianceÂ
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to youÂ
- Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
